• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, assess existing IT environments, and recommend tailored solutions. • Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure effective knowledge sharing. • Drive the deployment and integration of IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.

• Conducting interviews of key stakeholders and technical personnel. • Perform scoping exercises to determine client enterprise or enclave boundaries. • Develop documentation for client use, such as System Security Plan (SSP), NIST 800-171 policies, and other associated plans. • Collaborate with delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables. • Ensure quality products and services are delivered on time and within allotted hours. • Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Continuous professional development in pursuing industry specific certifications. • Prepare deliverables and conduct peer-review of team member’s deliverables • Perform project out-briefs with clients to notify them of the outcome of their compliance activities. • Manage priorities, tasks, and assigned hours on projects to achieve delivery utilization targets.

• Design, develop, and maintain dbt models to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets • Refactor and modularize existing dbt implementations, simplifying complex SQL into reusable, testable components • Implement and enforce dbt best practices, including folder structure, macros, seeds, incremental models, and environment promotion patterns • Translate business reporting requirements into structured data models and transformation logic • Ensure data quality through dbt testing, documentation, lineage, and source freshness monitoring • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the data pipeline, from ingestion through transformation and reporting layers • Optimize SQL queries and dbt models for performance, maintainability, and scalability • Support reporting go-live efforts and contribute to long-term data support planning • Partner with internal teams for knowledge transfer, documentation, and integration alignment
