• The candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating the multi-year legacy reporting transformational journey; and gain alignment with reporting and business intelligence best practices defined in the Future State Data Architecture, while maintaining support for current state • Interact with business stakeholders to understand and recommend reporting/BI solutions that meet diverse, complex business reporting and analytic needs • Work on full lifecycle MicroStrategy development including schema/modeling, dashboards/documents/reports + mobile application development skills • Define/develop implementation strategy for newly released features of MicroStrategy tool and/or MicroStrategy version upgrades • Recommend, implement and adhere to industry-wide BI best practices and drive for changes to existing processes and/or procedures for the betterment of the organization • Work with IT & Data Governance Management teams during Infrastructure and/or software upgrades and perform impact analysis • Recommend and establish governance and control around self-service BI/Analytics considering the evolution of BI Industry's best practices • Responsible for all the deliverables and meeting the timelines for the development activity

• Report to the Sr. Manager for the Incident Response team • Assist with leading the incident management process to resolution • Log and categorize recurring incidents • Respond to internally identified and customer reported incidents • Coordinate incident resolution rapidly and within defined service levels • Prioritize incidents according to their urgency • Collaborate with teams to ensure all protocols are followed • Log all incidents and their resolution • Propose adjustments to incident management process and support implementation of changes • Communicate with upper management if major issues are found • Manage root cause analysis between technical teams • Document the impact of incidents, root causes, and corrective actions • Provide and communicate internal incident reports to stakeholders

• Lead CI/CD practices for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Azure components, driving consistent and reliable releases. • Manage solution builds, packaging, and deployments across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production using Azure DevOps and proven ALM methods. • Review and validate environment configurations, layering (managed/unmanaged), patch strategies, and dependencies for D365 apps, Dataverse, plugins, and integrations. • Ensure version consistency, connection references, environment variables, and API dependencies are aligned for each release. • Troubleshoot complex release issues such as solution import errors, plugin exceptions, or schema conflicts, and establish long-term prevention tactics. • Support change control by ensuring all Change Requests include accurate release notes, dependency documentation, and the required approvals aligned with governance standards. • Use Power Platform tools (Solution Checker, Plugin Trace Logs, Dataverse telemetry, Azure Application Insights) to diagnose and resolve deployment issues. • Champion automation by building and maintaining Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions for exports, validation, versioning, and deployment. • Collaborate with Dynamics developers, architects, integration teams, and functional consultants to coordinate cross-system releases involving Azure APIs, Power Automate, and Power Pages. • Continuously improve release governance, environment management, and ALM practices to support a sustainable D365 delivery model.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, assess existing IT environments, and recommend tailored solutions. • Manage and oversee end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. • Work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and ensure effective knowledge sharing. • Drive the deployment and integration of IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations. • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to provide innovative recommendations.

• Define integration patterns, reusable components, and best practices for enterprise-wide API development across GovCloud, on-prem, and cloud platforms. • Implement security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, SAML, and API Gateway policies, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. • Work with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and solution architects to understand integration needs and deliver robust solutions. • Maintain technical documentation, create API specifications, and mentor junior developers in best practices for hybrid and GovCloud integrations. • Implement automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery in GovCloud environments. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Appian applications for performance, scalability, and resilience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. • Deploy and manage Appian applications on GovCloud, and on-premise environments with a focus on hybrid integration.

• The Linux Systems Administrator designs, builds, and maintains robust Linux-based infrastructure and tools that support mission-critical applications. • Develop automation scripts and tools using Bash, Python, or similar languages. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-level issues. • Implement security best practices, including patching, access controls, and vulnerability remediation. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize system integration and deployment workflows. • Architect, develop and deploy cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform. • Provision virtual machines, integration runtimes, compute, and storage resources in the Azure and AWS platforms. • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and recovery plans.
