Executive Assistant – Founder's Associate

• Support the founders in preparing and following up on important meetings • Act as a sparring partner for the founders on strategic and operational topics • Execute special CEO projects • Provide day-to-day operational support, e.g., scheduling, travel planning, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Experience working in challenging environments, ideally 2–3 years' experience in startups, management consulting or similar
  • Strong ability to conduct independent analyses and translate them into concrete results
  • "Getting it done" mentality, initiative and self-reliance
  • Organizational talent and the ability to focus on what matters
  • Experience with MS Office / G Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • German fluent and English business fluent
