• Manage inbox, calendar, communications and day-to-day administrative flow • Coordinate investor updates and stakeholder communications • Support execution across partnerships and strategic initiatives • Identify repetitive or inefficient workflows • Build automations and internal systems to reduce friction • Architect scalable processes across fund operations and partnerships • Develop and manage workflows using tools such as Supabase, N8N and APIs • Implement light coding solutions where needed • Support internal data infrastructure and reporting systems • Create value for athletes, founders, investors and partners • Support rightsholder programmes and portfolio companies • Assist with events, partnership activations and ecosystem engagement

• Take responsibility for expanding our partner sales network with agencies and IT service providers. • Qualify and handle inbound and outbound leads, prepare documentation, and participate in customer calls. • Expand our inbound channels and optimize our onboarding process. • Make it even easier for our customers to use Spreadly. • Automate our processes so we can focus on what truly matters. • Work closely and in daily collaboration with our founder.

• From your perspective as a student, help build a learning product that genuinely supports business students. • Help us create a product that connects to the real experience of studying business administration. • Identify where students truly struggle and why existing materials fail them. • Develop tasks, case studies, and learning formats that are exam-relevant and genuinely easy to understand. • Test, evaluate, and iterate initial prototypes. • Turn unstructured ideas into clear concepts. • Work directly with the founders on content, concept, and strategy.

Lead the legal function by managing a high-velocity team, drive commercial contracting and negotiations, oversee regulatory relationships, and provide strategic guidance to navigate risks and support business decisions effectively.
