Associate Principal, Commercial
EVERSANA
• Oversee the successful delivery of EVERSANA Complete/Integrated client programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or healthcare clients • Coordinate efforts between our partners, EVERSANA operations, and other EVERSANA business units to support strategic planning consultations, drive delivery of workstreams • Leverage real-world data assets to drive strategic recommendations that will support downstream commercial operations activities • Provide leadership with our partners around the appropriate use of real-world data • Plan, organize and lead internal engagement teams to develop logical and insightful analyses, and innovative and effective strategic recommendations • Deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables to realize high levels of client delight • Take an active role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with clients
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., business administration, statistics, economics, operations research)
- 7+ years of relevant work experience (required)
- Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD) (highly preferred)
- Experience at a top global management consulting firm (preferred)
- Background in Pharmaceutical industry/life sciences Commercial Operations and Pharma Operations experience preferred
- Solid understanding of pharma industry data assets (medical and Rx claims, sell-in data, affiliations datasets, formulary data)
- Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of data & analytics engagements to life sciences companies—or in the healthcare industry (required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)

• Identify, research, and secure required permits for utility, transmission, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. • Coordinate with cities, counties, DOT, railroads, and other agencies to track and obtain permit approvals. • Interpret and review engineering drawings, survey documents, and route maps to determine permit requirements. • Ensure compliance with permit requirements, including, but not limited to, insurance, bonds, and safety standards. • Prepare and submit permit applications, supporting documents, and reports. • Track permit status and maintain accurate records in project systems (SharePoint/Project Databases). • Collaborate with Land Agents, Project Managers, and contractors to align permitting with ROW acquisition and construction schedules. • Serve as point of contact with agencies and stakeholders regarding permit status, requirements, and compliance. • Support project risk mitigation by proactively identifying potential permitting delays and recommending solutions.
