Banking Service Technician II
Convergint
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment including security camera, access control, alarm systems, banking drive-up equipment, vaults, safe deposit boxes, and ATMs • Install equipment and services/supports existing customers by responding to service calls • Act as a mentor to less experienced staff using technical knowledge and skills • Troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment • Respond to customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency service calls • Identify potential project challenges and assist in implementation of strategies to minimize deviations from estimated costs and deadlines • Communicate with team members consistently to improve overall operations
Job Requirements
- High School/GED or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in electronic security industry
- Previous construction experience including some level of electrical or a low voltage background
- CT Journeyman / Low Voltage License
- RI alarm system license
- Relevant trade designation (e.g. Electrician) - Preferred
- Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation - Preferred
- Experience with Axis / Bosch / DMP / Lenel / Software House - Preferred
