About The Role: As a Norstella RWD Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end success of client engagements, ensuring reliable delivery, operational efficiency, and strong client outcomes across Norstella’s Real-World Data solutions. This role is centered on technical RWD knowledge, execution excellence, client relationship management, and cross-functional coordination, rather than traditional consulting or advisory work. You will act as the primary client success owner for assigned engagements—overseeing timelines, deliverables, communications, and internal alignment to ensure clients realize sustained value from Norstella’s RWD offerings. You will work closely with delivery, data, product, and client support teams to translate client objectives into executable plans, manage day-to-day operations, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes. This role is well-suited for a leader who thrives at the intersection of client partnership, operational rigor, RWD knowledge (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data), and team coordination, and who is motivated by improving processes, scaling delivery, and enabling long-term client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities – Client Success & Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned RWD clients. - Establish clear success criteria, delivery plans, and communication cadences. - Proactively manage expectations, risks, and dependencies. - Lead end-of-engagement reviews and hand-offs to Client Support. - Partner with renewal teams to support expansion and growth. Key Responsibilities – Operational Execution & Delivery Excellence - Own execution oversight for RWD engagements. - Coordinate across internal delivery, data, product, and support teams. - Ensure adherence to engagement management standards and documentation. - Maintain project tracking and reporting. - Identify and drive process and workflow improvements. Key Responsibilities – Team Leadership & Collaboration - Guide and coordinate team members across workstreams. - Support mentorship and development of junior staff. - Foster strong cross-functional collaboration. - All other duties, as assigned. Required Experience - Master’s degree in life sciences, data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, health economics, or related field - 6-8 years of experience with hands-on RWD Analytics. - 1-2 years and leading RWD engagements. - 1-2 years of experience in coding with SQL - Domain knowledge in working with commercial, market access, HEOR and epi clients - Experience managing multiple concurrent client engagements with life sciences. - Significant experience working with Real-World Data (Open Claims, Closed Claims, EMR data) and supporting life sciences delivery models. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
