As a consultant here, you will help Lantern’s clients build modern Data Platforms and Agentic Business Solutions. This role is designed for individuals passionate about solving complex business problems using modern technologies. You will join a cohort-based program designed to accelerate your growth into a client-ready consultant through immersive training, hands-on experience, and mentorship. Location requirement: Dallas, TX or Edmonton, AB Workstyle: Immersive (4+ days per week working from a Lantern office location) Target Start date:  Mid-September 2026 Work Authorization: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the program is offered. This program and role are not open to sponsorship. The Opportunity As Consultant at Lantern, you will complete an intensive multi-week bootcamp that builds a strong foundation in consulting, client delivery, and modern AI technologies. We welcome candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, including computer science, data analytics, engineering, mathematics, business, and social sciences. Curiosity about AI, data-driven problem solving, and modern tooling (e.g. GitHub) is essential. As part of the program, you will: - Complete a multi-week immersive bootcamp focused on consulting fundamentals, Data platforms and AI technologies - Apply your learning in real client environments alongside senior Lantern consultants - Gain hands-on exposure to: - Data platforms and AI tools - GitHub and collaborative engineering workflows - Work alongside experienced consultants and industry experts - Receive ongoing mentorship and coaching to accelerate your development - Leverage Lantern’s Microsoft and GitHub partnerships to gain access to the latest product releases and certification pathways  Who This Role Is For - Recent top graduates or early-career professionals with up to 5 years of experience Individuals with experience or exposure to: - Data, AI, analytics, DevOps and/or cloud technologies, such as, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Python, .NET, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio or equivalents. - Individuals transitioning from other fields with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills What You’ll Bring - Clear communication and structured thinking - Excellent collaboration and organizational skills - Strong interest in technology consulting and client engagement - Eagerness to learn and build skills in emerging technologies Our Values at Lantern - Trust is our foundation.
