Junior Account Manager – Digital Health
Una Health
• Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday clinical work • Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication skills and understanding of everyday clinical workflows, you win over physicians, diabetes educators, and other medical professionals for our digital health application (DiGA). • Outbound & inbound management: You proactively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities. • Sales-cycle ownership: You independently guide medical practices—from first contact, through tailored consultation, to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. • CRM & data maintenance: You accurately record all sales activities in our CRM (HubSpot), creating the data foundation for our success. • Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and host webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent point of contact. • Market feedback: You collect valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with the marketing and product teams to continually improve our offering.
Job Requirements
- Sales talent with empathy and drive
- Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persistent after a “no”.
- Ideally you have 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medtech, SaaS, or another DiGA), or you are a career changer (e.g., diabetes educator, medical assistant (MFA), pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), or similar).
- Strong communication: You are fluent in German at native level, persuasive on the phone, and able to explain complex topics simply.
- Customer focus: You understand the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly, and act as a competent, equal-level point of contact.
- Self-responsibility: You work very independently and in a structured way and keep an overview even with a full pipeline.
- Languages & tech affinity: You are fully proficient in German (written and spoken), have good English for internal communication, and are confident using digital tools such as CRM systems.
Benefits
- Purpose & impact: Seize the opportunity to actively address one of the world’s biggest health challenges and directly improve the quality of life for thousands of patients.
- Growth & responsibility: Help shape our sales processes from the ground up! Expect a steep learning curve and a broad scope of responsibility.
- Culture & team: We are an international, ambitious team with a hands-on mentality. We offer flexible working hours, an open feedback culture, and a well-equipped remote work environment.
- Development: We actively support your personal and professional development.
- Network: Benefit from an inspiring environment and the exclusive network of our investors and partners, such as Atlantic Labs.
