Ameriprise Financial
• Execute trades and support portfolio implementation • Facilitate money movement and cash management activities • Assist with cash investment strategies • Participate in client meetings, review detailed notes for approval, and assist in follow-up preparation • Collect client data and support documentation for planning and servicing needs • Prepare financial planning documents, client review materials, and investment-related paperwork • Utilize MoneyGuide extensively to support advisors in building, updating, and maintaining comprehensive financial plans and scenario analyses • Provide ongoing client service and support • Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure a seamless client experience • Recognize when team members are at capacity and proactively step in to support team workload
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
- 1+ year of experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Strong experience with MoneyGuide strongly preferred; candidate should be comfortable using financial planning software extensively in day-to-day responsibilities
- Familiarity with annuities and life insurance products preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Coachable with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Team player mindset with the ability to work effectively across varying leadership/communication styles
