• Provide leadership and guidance to instructors within the MHSUW program • Support mentoring, and performance management of faculty • Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with program outcomes and industry standards • Monitor student progress and support student success initiatives • Collaborate with academic leadership on program planning and continuous improvement • Participate in program evaluations, accreditation activities, and quality assurance processes • Assist with scheduling, course planning, and faculty coverage as needed • Maintain awareness of current trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the mental health and substance use sector • Foster positive relationships with community partners and industry stakeholders • Participate in meetings, events, and institutional initiatives as required

• Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events • Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process • Give short and easy-to-understand explanations of the performed measurements and collected health indicators within your professional scope of practice • Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses or lung function tests • Ensure a hygienic, professional and well-organised process on-site • Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment • Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events • Document relevant procedures in accordance with internal quality standards

• Provide nutritional assessments and develop personalized diet plans • Work with patients to manage chronic health conditions • Collaborate with healthcare team to improve patient care • Conduct classes and workshops on health and nutrition

• Drive data integrity: Update flight schedules and availability for our airline customers using our hosting system, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness. • Be a service liaison: Engage in close collaboration with the Hahnair Service Desk, addressing bookings with specific service needs or other special inquiries. • Ensure system stability: Efficiently process the error queue and proactively address new error messages. • Uphold GDS accuracy: Monitor the display of flight schedules within Global Distribution Systems (GDSs). • Facilitate client growth: Actively support the successful implementation and onboarding of new airline customers.
