Mobile Nurse – Workplace Health Screenings

• Perform venous blood collection as part of workplace health screening events • Provide friendly guidance and support to participants throughout the screening process • Give short and easy-to-understand explanations of the performed measurements and collected health indicators within your professional scope of practice • Support the delivery of additional health screening stations, such as blood pressure measurements, body composition analyses or lung function tests • Ensure a hygienic, professional and well-organised process on-site • Prepare and clean the working area and required materials before and after each assignment • Collaborate closely with the HealthCaters team and other healthcare professionals during events • Document relevant procedures in accordance with internal quality standards
Job Requirements
- A completed nursing qualification or healthcare-related degree that is officially recognised in Switzerland
- Another recognised healthcare qualification allowing venous blood collection in Switzerland
- Practical experience in performing venous blood collection safely and independently
- A friendly, outgoing and professional manner
- Confidence and enthusiasm when interacting with a wide range of people
- An independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Strong awareness of hygiene, quality and data-protection requirements
- Willingness to travel for one-day or multi-day assignments at corporate client locations
- A valid driving licence is considered an advantage but not mandatory
- Fluency in German, French or Italian depending on the assignment location
- Good English skills are considered an advantage
