• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation packages. • Create customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs. • Manage travel bookings, reservations, modifications, and cancellations. • Stay informed about travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Provide ongoing travel support before, during, and after client trips. • Market travel services through networking, referrals, social media, and other business development activities. • Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
