• Your main responsibility is to keep our vehicles "on the road" with respect to road safety and customer satisfaction. • You manage the rental station in your assigned area. • You are jointly responsible for the technical condition of our camper vans. • You autonomously carry out minor repairs on our vehicles and pass your knowledge on to station staff so they can perform some repairs themselves. • You actively help shape your area of work, enjoy taking on new projects and contribute your ideas.

• Assess, investigate, and resolve claims submitted for our AirCover products • Monitor fraud detection and mitigate risks associated with bad actors • Verify all relevant facts and evidence to determine case outcomes • Provide ongoing education and guidance to users about our AirCover products • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and third-party claims administrators

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals • Plan and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, and excursions • Create personalized itineraries tailored to client needs • Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and travel packages • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, deals, and supplier offerings • Manage bookings, confirmations, and client communications • Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and travel issues • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Promote travel services through social media or personal marketing (optional but encouraged)
