• Atuar como referência técnica no desenvolvimento Android, apoiando decisões de arquitetura e garantindo qualidade do código; • Participar ativamente da definição técnica do produto, desde o entendimento de requisitos até a implementação; • Desenvolver soluções robustas, escaláveis e performáticas utilizando Kotlin e melhores práticas modernas de Android; • Colaborar com times multidisciplinares (Product, Design, Backend, QA) garantindo alinhamento e clareza nas entregas; • Promover e disseminar boas práticas de desenvolvimento, code review e padrões de projeto; • Atuar na mentoria de desenvolvedores menos experientes, contribuindo com a evolução do time Identificar e atuar proativamente na resolução de problemas complexos e melhorias técnicas contínuas; • Garantir a qualidade através de testes (unitários, integração) e automação; • Contribuir na evolução de pipelines CI/CD e processos de entrega.
Job Requirements
- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento Android;
- Domínio de Kotlin e conhecimento profundo do ecossistema Android;
- Arquiteturas modernas (MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI) Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Navigation, Room, etc.)
- Consumo de APIs REST (Retrofit, OkHttp);
- Experiência com injeção de dependência (Hilt, Dagger ou similares);
- Conhecimento de boas práticas de código, SOLID, Clean Code;
- Experiência com versionamento com Git e fluxo colaborativo;
- Experiência com testes (JUnit, Espresso, MockK ou similares);
- Familiaridade com CI/CD e publicação na Play Store.
