• App and SDK Development: Design, develop, and maintain the core (SDKs, apps, and libraries) used by all applications running on our Android POS devices. • Architecture and Performance: Actively contribute to defining and evolving the platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and top-tier performance. • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in CI/CD processes, automated testing, and platform monitoring. • Technical Mentorship: Serve as a technical reference, guiding and supporting developers from different teams that consume the platform. • Code Quality: Ensure code excellence and standardization through code reviews and development best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture).

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services that operate at scale and with high availability. • Design and evolve APIs and integrations between platform systems and partner teams. • Model and optimize data solutions on relational and non-relational databases, ensuring performance and consistency. • Build event-driven architectures for reliable large-scale data processing. • Ensure the quality and reliability of production releases — automated tests, observability, safe deployments, and thorough code review. • Contribute to architectural decisions and to the technical evolution and engineering standards of the team. • Work end-to-end in the delivery lifecycle — from refinement and technical design to operation and production monitoring. • Collaborate across areas (Product, Data, Platform, and partner teams), providing visibility of work and influencing solutions based on data.

• Technical Reference and Architecture: Design and evolve the architecture of distributed systems focused on high availability, low latency, and resilience. • Hands-on: Code, perform thorough code reviews, and take an active role in troubleshooting and debugging complex issues. • Incident Response: Lead the resolution of critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and creating action plans to prevent recurrence. • Technology Transition: Work effectively with our Elixir-based legacy systems while leading and supporting the development of new projects in Golang. • On the Registrations Platform, you will work on building and optimizing the company’s central onboarding and customer lifecycle platform, while ensuring its stability and scalability. • You will build applications, taking part in planning, refinement, and prioritization, and will perform technical feasibility studies when necessary, working pragmatically. • You will contribute to existing documentation, improve test coverage for projects, and review code written by others, providing feedback to ensure software quality. • Challenge: design, evolve, and optimize the architecture of our registration platform, leveraging stacks such as Elixir and Golang to create scalable, resilient solutions. • You will implement new features for important projects and continuously improve existing workflows.

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (Mobile and Backend), conducting 1-on-1s, development plans (PDP), performance reviews, and talent retention. • Translate and cascade the company's strategic plans to the team, ensuring technical direction is aligned with business objectives. • Ensure the delivery of end-to-end solutions, from in-app experience to robust backend services, working closely with Product Managers (PMs), Product Designers, and other leaders. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, ensuring transparency, deadline visibility, and aligned expectations. • Foster an environment of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous feedback, acting as an ambassador for Stone's culture. • Encourage technical excellence through best practices (Clean Code, clean architecture, CI/CD, DevSecOps, use of RFCs, and a documentation culture). • Monitor OKRs and team and product health metrics (mobile delivery cycle metrics and DORA metrics for backend). • Handle ambiguous scenarios, distributed architectures, and challenging prioritizations, balancing delivery speed and technical debt.
