• Prepare Reduction Requests: Compile and organize all required documentation for reduction requests. • Negotiate Reductions: Engage in direct negotiations with medical providers to secure bill reductions. • Follow-Up and Confirmation: Monitor the progress of each request and follow up consistently with providers. • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all reduction activity. • Client Communication: Provide clients with clear, timely updates regarding the status of their reduction requests. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to coordinate efforts and ensure efficient resolution of cases.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
- Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare negotiations, or client services preferred.
- Previous experience in working with a US firm is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing systems or legal procedures related to medical liens or claims preferred.
- Experience negotiating with providers or third-party payers preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.

• Manage and submit preauthorization requests to insurance providers for clients entering treatment at Residential, Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Standard Outpatient (OP) levels of care. • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurately reflects the clinical needs of the client. • Communicate with insurance companies to secure timely approvals for necessary services. • Negotiate and manage Single Case Agreements with insurance providers for clients needing services outside of network coverage. • Monitor ongoing treatment needs and submit continued authorization requests for Residential, PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care to ensure uninterrupted client care. • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each client when asking for continued authorization. • Attend regular meetings with clinical staff to discuss client progress, treatment plans, and authorization needs. • Act as a liaison between clients, clinical teams, and insurance providers to advocate for the necessary care. • Ensure all utilization review activities comply with relevant regulations, insurance policies, and organizational standards.
• Triage incoming maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and assign appropriate vendors. • Answer and manage the maintenance line, triaging calls and inquiries from owners, residents, and vendors. • Create, update, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely and efficient resolution. • Communicate with vendors for scheduling, updates, and problem-solving; ensure all work orders are completed and documented. • Assist PMs and APMs by investigating assigned maintenance issues, finding vendor solutions, and recommending next steps. • Maintain accurate records of communications, work orders, and maintenance activity in the system. • Work closely with all Pods to ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly and service levels are consistently met.
