Senior Business Analyst
RNP
• Support the structuring, implementation, monitoring and closure of ICT projects, programs and solutions, contributing to the management of scope, schedule, costs, risks, quality, communication and stakeholders; • Identify business demands and opportunities by conducting requirements gathering, analysis and studies to support the structuring of ICT projects, programs and solutions; • Prepare proposals, technical documents, contractual documents and other artifacts necessary to formalize projects and programs; • Monitor the physical and financial execution of projects and programs, including planning, execution monitoring, cost control and support for accounting/financial reporting processes; • Act as liaison with clients, partners, suppliers, technical teams and other stakeholders, contributing to alignment and follow-up of initiatives; • Prepare management reports, executive presentations, opinions, technical notes and analyses to support decision-making processes; • Support the definition and monitoring of indicators, monitoring mechanisms and governance instruments related to projects and programs; • Oversee administrative processes related to the formalization, contracting and execution of projects and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable rules, procedures and deadlines; • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, workflows, management tools and monitoring mechanisms for initiatives; • Monitor trends, opportunities and initiatives related to the ICT sector, digital transformation and innovation, contributing to the identification of opportunities and the evolution of RNP's solutions and services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- Experience in structuring, implementing and monitoring ICT projects, programs or solutions;
- Experience in planning, physical and financial monitoring, monitoring and financial reporting of projects or programs;
- Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from clients and stakeholders;
- Experience preparing proposals, studies, reports, opinions, presentations and technical or executive documents;
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management with clients, suppliers, partners and multidisciplinary teams;
- Knowledge of project management best practices, preferably based on PMBOK and agile methodologies;
- Knowledge of process management and business requirements analysis;
- Knowledge in defining and monitoring performance indicators and result monitoring mechanisms;
- Knowledge of project management, productivity and collaboration tools;
- Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools applied to research, analysis and project management activities;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Proficiency in Portuguese for both verbal and written communication.

Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is an advanced individual contributor who supports operational performance across all academic departments within the healthcare system. This role leads complex operational analyses, develops advanced reporting tools and dashboards, and drives strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. The Senior Business Analyst participates as a key leader of the Watermark system implementation strategy and execution as well as the designated Senior Business Analyst of the Watermark Faculty Success module across Dell Medical School’s academic enterprise.
