Role Description You’ll be the bridge between Product, Tech, and Business, turning ideas into clear, actionable user stories. Your main responsibilities will be to document requirements, structure and manage the backlog, and ensure the development team has everything they need to deliver value efficiently. - Gather and analyze requirements from Product or business stakeholders. - Document user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional flows. - Keep the product backlog organized, prioritized, and up to date. - Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions. - Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers in an agile environment. Qualifications - 1 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, Product Analyst, or Junior Product Owner. - Experience building backlogs. - Experience documenting user stories. - Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Trello. - Strong documentation skills and ability to identify dependencies. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical teams. - Intermediate or higher English (level B2). • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for pension products (PGBL, VGBL) and related processes. • Act as a liaison between business, actuarial, legal/regulatory, and IT teams, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Map and redesign processes (onboarding, contributions, portability, surrenders, benefits) to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. • Support system evolution and integration projects, participating in UAT and acceptance testing. • Ensure adherence to SUSEP regulations and monitor regulatory changes that affect the products. • Produce analyses and metrics to support the area’s decision-making.
