• Lead the delivery of AI Solutions, built on the Contextual partners, for our clients. • Blend consultative client engagement with hands-on delivery leadership. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their unique business challenges. • Translate client needs into concrete AI workflows, leveraging technologies such as hyper-scale models, machine learning, and intelligent automation. • Define project approach, critical timelines, and resource allocation. • Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment of data, connections, and workflows on Contextual.io. • Establish testing protocols to validate AI outputs and process flows. • Maintain regular communication with client sponsors and project teams.

• Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Assist in developing and delivering safety training programs for craft personnel. • Promote a culture of safety by actively engaging with employees in discussions about safe work practices. • Document and report safety observations, incidents, and near misses, following up on corrective actions. • Work closely with the safety management team to update safety protocols and processes as needed. • Participate in safety meetings and share valuable insights to improve safety performance. • Support the implementation of job safety analyses (JSAs) and ensure they are maintained and followed.

• Define and refine ICPs for the client's AI consulting and AI audit offers, identifying target industries, job titles, company sizes, and pain points. • Build, segment, and guide highly targeted B2B prospect lists utilizing automated data pipelines. • Monitor and manage deliverability, domains, inbox rotation, email warmup, bounce rates, and overall domain health. • Write strong, hyper-targeted cold email copy focused on business pain points rather than generic AI messaging. • Set up, launch, and manage email sequences using advanced outbound tools. • Run continuous A/B tests on different ICPs, offers, subject lines, and email angles to maximize campaign performance. • Track reply rates, positive replies, booked calls, and campaign quality, providing clear, data-driven recommendations.

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project milestones • Perform schedule analysis, critical path reviews, and progress reporting • Identify scheduling risks and provide recovery or mitigation strategies • Support schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking • Participate in owner meetings and provide schedule presentations as needed • Coordinate scheduling activities across multiple stakeholders and subcontractors • Travel to active project sites across the United States
