Staff Systems Engineer – NetSuite
Sequel Med Tech
• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and configuration of the NetSuite ERP system. • Possess deep understanding of the platform including system architecture, application configuration, release management, and system API integration. • Collaborate with various business units to deliver efficient solutions. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite, ensuring system integrity and performance. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as they arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of systems engineering experience, with 3+ years of experience configuring, managing, and supporting NetSuite ERP.
- Proficiency with JavaScript-based SuiteScript development, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between NetSuite and external systems.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, reporting) and SOX compliance.
- Experience supporting ERP systems in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, life sciences, or manufacturing).
- Deep understanding of NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, Manufacturing, Procurement, and how they interrelate.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 11, and system validation best practices.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
