Recess
• Represent Recess at school or PTA events • Actively engage families • Share current Recess promotions and event-specific specials • Encourage account creation and bookings when appropriate • Collect emails, questions, and community feedback • Make warm introductions to PTAs or school leadership • Help activate a PTA partnership from introduction to launch

• Learn about supporting a nonprofit’s mission by inspiring donors • Collaborate with the Development team on projects • Engage in outreach to donors, students, and partners • Assist in planning special events and fundraising campaigns • Conduct donor prospect research and drafting proposals • Create content for newsletters and fundraising pages
• Provide (one-on-one) mentoring to assigned students in courses as specified in the contract • Guide students to the prescribed course Material • Observe and evaluate assigned individual student performance in meeting course objectives and learning outcomes through assignments, practical assignments, quizzes or examinations; provide feedback in a timely manner on student progress • Use AAPC’s learning management system to access syllabus, assignments, and other materials and to communicate with students • Use AAPC’s virtual classroom platform to participate in live sessions – assisting faculty conducting the session • Mentor students using a variety of teaching styles and provide interesting and engaging assignments that demonstrate the real-world applications of concepts covered • Be available for student consultation through office hours or scheduled appointments using AAPC’s virtual platform or by phone or email
