Product Manager – De-Identified Data Platform

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the de-identified data platform, from ingestion and normalization through de-identification, modeling, and delivery • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with corporate strategy and commercialization goals • Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, documentation, and execution plans • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to prioritize and deliver scalable, high-quality platform capabilities • Collaborate with Data Modelers to design normalized, extensible data structures that support real-world evidence use cases • Establish data quality standards, validation frameworks, and certification checkpoints • Operationalize data rights and compliance workflows in partnership with Legal and Privacy teams • Apply AI tools to improve product development velocity, enhance data mapping and validation workflows, and elevate documentation standards • Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven automation into core platform capabilities • Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategy, Data, Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Commercial stakeholders • Support onboarding of external partners through structured delivery processes, documentation, and defined SLAs
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience
- Experience building data platforms, APIs, or structured data products
- Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, or other regulated datasets)
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve product development and execution velocity
- Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, or Compliance stakeholders
- Strong written communication and structured thinking skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA Privacy Rules or de-identification frameworks (preferred)
