• Extensive knowledge of inventory tracking and other methods of resolving accounts discrepancies • Resolves billing or service problems by clarifying the clients dispute; determining the cause of the service problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the service problem, expediting dispute correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution • Audit and investigate to identify discrepancies between accounts and resolve them • Research payment and dispute documentation within company and client’s billing/payment systems • Provide backup documentation as justification of bill cancellations and adjustments • Maintains financial accounts by following up on payment promises and adjustments

Role Description For our client, a leading global provider of end-to-end software and cloud technology solutions, we are looking for an experienced Senior Analytics Developer / Senior Data Modeler with a strong background in dimensional data modeling and analytics solution design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing scalable analytical models and delivering business-ready reporting solutions. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on data modeling, semantic modeling, and analytics development. It is not a data engineering, pipeline development, team leadership, or advisory position. This is a full-time remote contract role. We preferably seek candidates based in Serbia or Poland, while also considering candidates across the EMEA region.
