Customer Service Data Analyst

• Extensive knowledge of inventory tracking and other methods of resolving accounts discrepancies • Resolves billing or service problems by clarifying the clients dispute; determining the cause of the service problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the service problem, expediting dispute correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution • Audit and investigate to identify discrepancies between accounts and resolve them • Research payment and dispute documentation within company and client’s billing/payment systems • Provide backup documentation as justification of bill cancellations and adjustments • Maintains financial accounts by following up on payment promises and adjustments
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Previous experience in accounting or collections preferred
- Previous experience auditing spreadsheets preferred
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred

We are looking for a Salesforce & Omnichannel Data Analytics Lead (m/f/d) to join our commercial team and help turn data into actionable insights. This position offers a fully remote setup for candidates located in the UK. - Integrate, validate and analyze data from CRM, digital platforms and other sources to create a unified and actionable view of customer activities. - Define, standardize and monitor KPIs across CRM and digital platforms to ensure transparency, alignment and action. - Develop, automate and maintain omnichannel and sales force effectiveness dashboards, and deliver campaign and engagement performance metrics across brands and geographies to assess performance and identify improvement areas. - Conduct ad-hoc deep dives and root cause analyses to support tactical decision-making and strategic planning across markets and products. - Ensure data quality, consistency and structure across internal and external sources. - Act as the senior point of contact for all analytics topics related to field force, digital and omnichannel performance. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field. - Proven experience in omnichannel engagement analytics, digital campaigns, CRM metrics, field force performance and social media data analysis. - Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry is an advantage. - Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI and working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation and advanced analytics. - Advanced knowledge of CRM systems such as Veeva and Salesforce as well as marketing platforms (Marketing Cloud) and Google Analytics. - Strong understanding of database structures with the ability to integrate, extract, analyze and interpret data, build dashboards from scratch and automate scalable reporting. - Fluency in English, German is a plus.
