Role Description The candidate for this position will excel at creating new business opportunities from architecture to solution thinking, leading customers by value creation from a technical marketing perspective and lead sales team to create new business segments in broad-market and select key accounts across Taiwan for Lattice Semiconductor’s FPGA products and solutions portfolio. - Create business opportunities for Lattice Semiconductor FPGA and solutions portfolio, define product strategy and solution by leveraging our unique and cutting-edge technology from new & existing customers & market segments. - Facilitate business growth initiatives across Taiwan, ANZ, and South East Asia, focusing on server, networking, Industrial, Video, and automotive segments to meet and exceed sales and design targets. - Conduct comprehensive market analysis, develop and execute strategies to enhance customer relationships, and foster new account development, ensuring sustainable business growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, address market needs, and drive product development initiatives to capture market opportunities. - Establish a strong sales team equipped with exceptional skills in analyzing customer requests and pain points, enabling the development of comprehensive account strategies. - Drive team development through mentorship, coaching, and skill-building initiatives to ensure a high-performance, customer-centric culture. - Manage complex technical discussions with customers, build rapport and establish long-term relationships with them. - Building relationships with clients by understanding their pain points, bottlenecks, providing solutions, support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new business opportunities. Qualifications - Strong self-motivation and constant results driving towards achieving ambitious business goals. - More than 15 years of Industrial Sales/Marketing experience, familiar with technology (Industrial, Video /Display, Automotive application...) trends, ecosystems, IP, and new market trends. - Proven track record in product development and managing internationally renowned customer relationships within the semiconductor or related industries. - Strong technical understanding of video processing technology and its applications in various industries, such as entertainment, gaming, and automotive sectors. - Extensive experience in product development, particularly within server, networking, automotive, and industrial sectors across Taiwan. - Excellent know-how of how to sell by value, not by price. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities to strategize; proven success in building and leading teams focused on customer application content, architecture development, and successful implementation of solutions. - Fluent English communication skills and multicultural sense. - Extraordinary communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures. Requirements - Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. - Prior experience in a leadership role within a semiconductor or technology-driven organization. - In-depth knowledge of FPGA technology and its applications within the target segments. - Educational background in electrical engineering or telecommunications engineering is required. Those with a master's degree or above are preferred. Applicants with a business management degree are a plus.
