Mid-level Electronic Tax Documents (DFE) Consultant

Sinqia

• Provide technical and functional support for Thomson Reuters' Electronic Tax Documents (DFE) solutions. • Ensure excellent customer service, incident resolution, and guidance on the correct use of tax tools. • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional incidents related to the issuance, reception, and management of electronic tax documents. • Analyze rejections and tax errors with SEFAZ (state tax authorities) and municipal tax authorities, advising clients on corrective actions. • Investigate systemic failures, analyze logs, and troubleshoot integrations (ERP ↔ Thomson Reuters systems). • Assist clients with parameterization and configuration of tax solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams (product, development, and implementation) to escalate and resolve complex issues. • Ensure SLA compliance and high-quality service delivery. • Document support cases and solutions, and maintain the knowledge base. • Support continuous improvement of support processes.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience providing support for tax or fiscal systems.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Tax Documents (DFE): NF-e (Electronic Invoice), CT-e (Electronic Transport Document), MDF-e (Manifest of Tax Documents), NFS-e (Service Invoice).
  • Familiarity with Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, ISS, and ancillary tax obligations).
  • Understanding of system integrations (APIs, Web Services, XML).
  • Experience with log analysis and technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL – basic to intermediate).
