• Conduct outbound phone outreach to eligible members and referred patients • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient questions about RightMove services • Educate patients on available care options and next steps • Verify eligibility and schedule initial evaluations • Accurately document all patient interactions in CRM systems • Escalate or route complex issues to appropriate internal teams • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, outreach effectiveness, and patient experience • Support referred patients through onboarding and scheduling • Provide real-time patient support via inbound calls • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation • Operate in accordance with HIPAA and all applicable compliance requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients following Physical Therapist or Advanced Practice Provider triage. • Guide patients through recommended next steps and support throughout the episode of care. • Conduct proactive follow-up outreach to support adherence, re-engagement, and continuity of care. • Deliver a supportive, patient-centered experience aligned with RightMove standards. • Manage care navigation and transitions across levels of care in coordination with Physical Therapists, APPs, and external referral sources. • Execute and track referrals, including confirmation and receipt of external documentation. • Use basic coaching techniques, including goal setting, accountability check-ins, and barrier problem-solving, to support adherence. • Work closely with Physical Therapists, APPs, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. • Escalate clinical questions, changes in condition, or concerns to the appropriate provider when indicated. • Partner with leadership to evaluate, validate, and improve care coordination workflows and policies. • Document patient communication, follow-up, outcomes, and care coordination activities accurately and consistently in the electronic health record.

• Serve as Galorath's senior authority in manufacturing economics, affordability engineering, cost engineering, value engineering, and design-to-cost practices. • Advise executive leadership on emerging industry trends, market opportunities, manufacturing strategies, and technology investments. • Provide technical leadership across commercial and government engagements involving engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, cost, schedule, and risk analysis. • Support strategic initiatives requiring deep technical expertise and executive-level engagement. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, engineering organizations, manufacturing teams, acquisition professionals, and program executives. • Lead development of innovative methodologies, frameworks, and approaches related to manufacturing intelligence, affordability engineering, and decision support. • Conduct applied research in manufacturing economics, digital engineering, industrial AI, supply chain optimization, and lifecycle cost management. • Collaborate with software and product teams to identify future capabilities and emerging market opportunities. • Influence the strategic direction of Galorath's software portfolio, including SEER®, SEERai™, CostDB™, and related solutions. • Identify new applications and use cases for manufacturing intelligence, cost intelligence, AI-enabled estimation, and digital engineering. • Support executive-level discussions with government and commercial organizations. • Mentor consultants, engineers, analysts, and solution architects. • Develop technical training materials, knowledge bases, and educational content.
