• Data Management: Collecting and processing guest data (passport details, contacts, special preferences). • Bookings: Managing flight and hotel reservations. • Communication: Managing group chats: welcoming guests, providing schedule updates, and answering questions. • Logistics: Coordinating with drivers and managing daily transfers. • On-Site Management: Overseeing group meet-ups and departures according to the itinerary. • Crisis Management: Handling emergencies and unexpected situations: calling an ambulance, managing flight rescheduling, arranging late hotel check-outs, and resolving other force major events. • Atmosphere: Cultivating a friendly, hospitable, and comfortable environment throughout the entire trip.
Job Requirements
- Personal vehicle and valid driving license.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- High level of accountability, responsibility, and self-reliance.
- Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and an approachable personality.
- High stress tolerance and the ability to make quick decisions in unpredictable situations.
- Readiness to work a flexible schedule and react quickly to incoming requests.
- Advantage: Deep knowledge of the region and an existing network of local contacts (drivers, medical facilities, hotels).
- Advantage: Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or group coordination.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients following Physical Therapist or Advanced Practice Provider triage. • Guide patients through recommended next steps and support throughout the episode of care. • Conduct proactive follow-up outreach to support adherence, re-engagement, and continuity of care. • Deliver a supportive, patient-centered experience aligned with RightMove standards. • Manage care navigation and transitions across levels of care in coordination with Physical Therapists, APPs, and external referral sources. • Execute and track referrals, including confirmation and receipt of external documentation. • Use basic coaching techniques, including goal setting, accountability check-ins, and barrier problem-solving, to support adherence. • Work closely with Physical Therapists, APPs, and other care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. • Escalate clinical questions, changes in condition, or concerns to the appropriate provider when indicated. • Partner with leadership to evaluate, validate, and improve care coordination workflows and policies. • Document patient communication, follow-up, outcomes, and care coordination activities accurately and consistently in the electronic health record.
