The Sydney Call Centre
• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls. • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests. • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. • Log all customer interactions in the system. • Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
