Field Specialist

• Manage data collection for market and opinion research • Assist with quality control for telephone surveys and online surveys • Oversee vendor performance by monitoring telephone interviews • Program online survey questionnaires in Qualtrics • Proofread and test survey questionnaire programming in Qualtrics and Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems • Use online interfaces to create demographic reports on survey populations • Use tools including Excel and R to clean survey respondent lists and prepare them for data collection • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
- High level of attention to detail
- Deadline driven and able to produce high-quality work within short timelines
- Excellent computer skills, including 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database management tools
- Ability to learn new programs easily and effectively
- Effectively manages own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- Critical thinker and problem solver
