**Key Responsibilities** - Answer incoming calls and service requests from customers and partners - Dispatch roadside technicians and tow truck drivers efficiently and accurately - Communicate job status updates to customers and team members in real time - Use dispatch software to manage calls, track jobs, and log service activity - Coordinate routes and schedule service providers based on availability and proximity - Maintain clear, calm, and professional communication in high-pressure situations - Handle emergency service requests with urgency and accuracy - Provide consistent and courteous customer service throughout the service cycle

• Support marketing efforts through online community outreach • Engage with Facebook groups, online communities, and digital platforms • Build brand awareness, generate leads, and promote services

• Utilize the Ezlynx platform to manage commercial insurance policies, including quoting, binding, and servicing. • Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and features of the Ezlynx software. • Assist in integrating Ezlynx functionalities to streamline insurance workflows and increase productivity. • Collaborate with internal teams to address policy management and processing inquiries. • Stay informed about updates and enhancements to the Ezlynx platform and communicate relevant changes to the team. • Analyze data within the Ezlynx system to identify trends, assess performance, and provide actionable insights. • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies during policy processing. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns related to commercial policies.

• Strategic Roadmap Management: Align product and technology programs and initiatives with the company OKRs. • Risk management and mitigation of bottlenecks in complex structures. • Board management, ensuring strategy is translated into technical execution. • Executive reporting of status, risks, impediments, and delivery milestones. • Analysis of Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) to optimize flow. • Implementation of continuous improvement cycles based on efficiency and effectiveness data. • Execution of Kickoffs, PI pre-work (SAFe), Discovery, and Delivery syncs. • Conducting assessments (Maturity Radar) and translating results into progressive action plans.
