Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2-3 years related experience and/or training
- High level of attention to detail
- Deadline driven and able to produce high-quality work within short timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy
- Basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative research
