Senior Qualtrics Implementation & Integration Specialist – Part-Time

• Provide ongoing technical advisory and implementation support for DoD survey and analytics programs. • Ensure platform stability, enterprise integration alignment, and architectural best practices across Qualtrics deployments. • Review and optimize existing Qualtrics configurations. • Advise on workflow automation and platform scalability. • Ensure survey lifecycle controls align with federal compliance expectations. • Identify architectural risks and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support integration between Qualtrics and AWS environments (e.g., S3, secure data pipelines). • Validate structured data exports to align with downstream database requirements. • Ensure timestamp integrity, data traceability, and duplication controls. • Provide periodic platform health assessments. • Recommend configuration standards and documentation practices. • Establish resilient architecture with redundancy controls. • Serve as escalation-level SME for complex issues. • Interface with Government technical stakeholders when needed. • Provide implementation roadmaps and technical risk assessments. • Support internal team upskilling and knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience (enterprise-level deployments preferred)
  • Deep expertise in:
  • Workflows & automation
  • Distribution logic & lifecycle controls
  • Embedded data architecture
  • API integrations
  • Enterprise data exports
  • Experience integrating Qualtrics with AWS environments (S3, secure transfer, data pipelines)

The Career Development Specialist will work individually with clients to assess their eligibility and readiness for the program, create career development plans, schedule career development activities, prepare job applications, and obtain successful job placements.
