Geo Owl
• Deliver hands-on training in FPV tactical flight, ISR collection and PED. • Mentor soldiers under field conditions. • Work in a two-person instructor team per cohort, cross-covering FPV strike, Intelligence/EW, and safety duties. • Contribute to curriculum development and equipment maintenance as needed.
Job Requirements
- Experienced sUAS operators and instructors to serve as cadre for the MIRC sUAS Master Trainer Program’s Advanced Course (Module 2).
- TS/SCI Clearance required.
- Hands-on training in FPV tactical flight, ISR collection and PED, electronic warfare fundamentals, counter-UAS operations, and integrated field exercises including a 72-hour culminating scenario.

• Monitor news and track other sources to identify emerging issues where American Oversight’s investigations can have the greatest impact • Craft strategic, litigation-ready public records requests to federal, state, and local agencies aimed at exposing decision-making, funding flows, and political influence. • Conduct rigorous review of document productions to identify key facts, patterns, inconsistencies, and gaps; analyze documents in context to surface unreported insights and emerging trends, and synthesize findings into clear, accurate, and strategically useful outputs such as newsworthy narratives that advance government accountability or actionable insights that equip partners’ advocacy and litigation. • Support American Oversight’s external engagement by contributing to meetings, briefings, and background conversations with journalists, advocates, and allies. • Communicate proactively with government agencies regarding public records requests, triaging priorities and working closely with the Legal team to ensure timely and effective pursuit of responsive materials. • Support document processing and information management, ensuring incoming records are well-organized, searchable, and accessible. • Draft public-facing content — including blog posts, reports, talking points, and briefing materials — that distills investigative findings into clear, contextualized, and actionable narratives, as needed. • Contribute to organizational initiatives and special projects as needed, bringing an investigative lens to emerging priorities and cross-functional efforts. • Other duties as assigned.
• Schedule, cancel, and re-schedule patient appointments and/or consults; enter no-show information; prepare for clinic visits; and monitor appointments and consults. • Provide general reception support in the Release of Information (ROI) offices at various medical centers. • Scan insurance cards, protect secure information, and complete all insurance buffer (ICB) encounters required by ICB. • Scanning of records and documents into an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to support HIM functions at medical centers. • Make outgoing and receive incoming phone calls. • Review requests for reimbursement of travel costs and reconcile claims/vouchers for payments using electronic systems. • Review ambulance claims for eligibility and payment. • Assist in arranging transportation for eligible patients and work with clinical teams to request appropriate mode of transportation.
