• Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers. • Draft routine correspondence, legal letters, and internal documentation. • Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. • Upload, organize, and manage documents within the firm's case management system. • Assist with general administrative tasks that support legal operations. • Request, organize, and track medical records and billing documentation. • Prepare case summaries, timelines, and supporting documentation as directed. • Gather and organize documents required for demand packages. • Maintain detailed case notes and ensure all case information is accurately documented. • Monitor deadlines and ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule. • Conduct follow-up communications with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties as assigned. • Assist with property damage documentation and related communications. • Coordinate document requests and follow up to ensure timely receipt of required information. • Support smooth communication between legal staff and external stakeholders. • Follow Georgia-specific personal injury workflows and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Ensure documentation complies with internal quality standards and legal requirements. • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and client information. • Support attorneys and case managers in maintaining efficient case progression.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in:

- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
- C1 English proficiency or higher (written and spoken) is required.
