• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status via email and live chat. • Assist clients with billing issues, including discrepancies, refunds, and charge disputes, ensuring timely resolution. • Process payments and update billing information accurately in our system. • Provide detailed explanations of charges, fees, and membership options to clients. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and notify clients of any issues. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions for quality assurance. • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. • Stay updated on company policies, billing software, and payment processing procedures.

• Patient Outreach & Nutritional Counseling: Manage an assigned panel of 300-350 patients and conduct required monthly nutritional outreach and support. Conduct 50-60+ daily phone calls with patients, providing nutritional care plan support and health coaching tailored to their specific conditions. Maintain call quality standards and professional communication in every patient interaction; pass regular QA call reviews. • Nutrition Planning & Patient Education: Educate patients on nutrition concepts, dietary modifications, and weight management strategies. Simplify complex nutritional information for diverse patient populations. Reinforce provider-directed nutritional guidance and support patient adherence to established care plans. • Care Coordination & Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical teams, providers, and caregivers to identify and address nutritional and clinical needs. Support care coordination goals by staying on schedule with monthly outreach targets. Escalate patient concerns or changes in condition to appropriate clinical staff per established protocols. • Documentation & Compliance: Document all patient interactions in real time using the care coordination platform. Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient communications and documentation. Ensure accurate documentation to support care coordination goals.

• Provide high quality, culturally competent nutrition counseling to patients across the Northeast • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans based on evidence based guidelines • Provide medical nutrition therapy for a range of chronic and acute conditions, via one-on-one sessions • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using the designated electronic health record (EHR) system • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians, care coordinators, and other interdisciplinary team members • Educate patients on healthy eating habits, lifestyle changes, and nutrition-related disease management in a virtual setting • Create and implement targeted nutrition programs for various populations, including those managing diabetes, heart disease, or pursuing athletic performance goals • Ensure compliance with both state and federal regulations, including proper coding and documentation • Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and participate in team training or case reviews as needed • Uphold professional, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all times

• Independently sources and analyzes data to develop site, country and investigator strategy or recommendations for proposals and post-award feasibility offerings • Advise project teams on all Feasibility activities and/or strategy for clinical studies • Research and apply critical thinking and analysis on the information available for therapeutic area(s) • Conduct timely site follow-up on all aspects of the feasibility process • Prepare presentations independently and/or written reports, as required
