• Deliver high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness across all assigned tasks • Consistently meet or exceed client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Adhere strictly to SOPs, process guidelines, and compliance requirements • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for end-to-end task delivery • Actively participate in daily huddles, status meetings, and team discussions • Responsible for processing activities related to client benefit plans as configured in organizational tools • Perform SOP-driven transaction processing tasks with accuracy and consistency • Ensure compliance with internal and client SLAs • Maintain updated SOPs and documentation, following predefined procedures • Ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded • Active participation in team huddles and status meetings is essential
Job Requirements
- Good computer operating skills, including MS Office applications
- Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively to meet client and business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B. A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA)
- Exclusions: B.Ed., LLB, B.Tech, BE, B.Sc (IT), Fulltime MBA, MCA, PDDCA, and any 2year regular postgraduation professional degree
