• Be responsible for the calculations of IRPJ and CSLL (Lucro Real) — current and deferred, PIS, COFINS (cumulative and non-cumulative), CPRB (Social Security Contribution on Gross Revenue), withholding taxes on services (including on the importation of services), as well as the related postings in SAP, and the preparation of controls for accounting reconciliations (and filing in the reconciliation system). • Be responsible for generating tax payment guides, posting them in SAP and sending them to Treasury. • Be responsible for preparing the statutory filings and ancillary obligations: ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital); ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal); PERDCOMP (for federal tax offsets), EFD-REINF, DCTF-WEB, MIT, DIRBI. • Perform monetary adjustment calculations for recoverable taxes, tax contingencies and judicial tax deposits. • Support tax management on transfer pricing matters within the company, ensuring the correct application of transfer pricing rules in intercompany transactions (new OECD rules, with focus on intercompany services and cost sharing). • Ensure the monthly and annual accounting close processes. • Ensure correct application of tax legislation at all levels. • Ensure the quality of information, deadlines, procedures and established policies. • Lead and support calculations related to the Tax Reform and the re-oneration of payroll (CPRB). • Provide support to leadership in the development and/or review of technical procedures. • Respond to and support audits, consultations and internal client requests. • Lead and support the external audit process (tax scope), including preparation of explanatory notes (effective tax rate reconciliation, deferred taxes, recoverable taxes). • Prepare budget and forecast calculations and monitor actuals (variance analysis). • Prepare calculations for tax incentives, such as incentivized donations, Interest on Own Capital (JCP), among others. • Support the generation of information for tax reports (tax cash flow; presentation materials for meetings). • Provide technical support to the Controllership and other areas.

• As an APP with Imagine Pediatrics, you influence and ensure the best clinical care for your patients. • Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients – Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination. • Work in a multidisciplinary team – Work with pediatricians, nurses, pharmacist, dietitian and social workers to provide wrap-around care in a virtual-first model. • Empower families – Educate and support parents to navigate their child’s health journey with confidence, ensuring long term health success. • Deliver high-quality virtual care – Conduct virtual enrollment visits, acute escalations, sick visits, and post-hospital follow-ups, and even in-home virtual assessments. • Ensure continuity of care – Step in when needed to bridge care gaps, coordinating prescriptions, and streamline referrals, to remove barriers to care.

• Provide age-appropriate diet education to support the nutritional care plan and assess the learning needs and readiness to learn for all patients and families • Analyze growth trends, including z-scores, to prevent malnutrition, failure to thrive, growth faltering, and to identify excessive weight gain • Design individualized, feasible nutrition care plans that accommodate food preferences, allergies, financial constraints, and are realistic for families to implement • Apply expert knowledge of infant/pediatric formula composition to create precise calorically modified formula mixing instructions and individualized meal plans for age and condition-specific nutritional needs • Provide comprehensive medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and counseling to patients and caregivers across diverse pediatric conditions, including NICU graduates, feeding disorders, diabetes, weight management, lipid disorders, failure to thrive, and other complex nutritional needs • Monitor nutrition care plans using all applicable data from available electronic health records, monitor and considering age, sex, and disease specific expected growth and development and cultural/ethnic background • Document nutrition care plans effectively within the electronic health record, including closed-loop communication with nutrition technicians and the patient care team within a timely manner • Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary care teams to integrate and communicate nutrition recommendations that enhance patient outcomes • Serve as a nutrition expert resource to clinical staff regarding specialized formulas, enteral feeding regimens / tolerance, and disease specific diet information that is evidence-based • Liaison between assigned region and the clinical nutrition tailored service line • Complete additional administrative responsibilities such as triaging daily nutrition referrals and providing timely responses to caregiver communications via the mobile app • Maintain ongoing expertise in pediatric nutrition and professional credentials • Perform other duties as assigned
