Job Requirements
- Completed degree in social sciences (social work, education) or psychology and at least 2 years of professional experience in vocational (re)orientation counselling
- A completed degree in psychology additionally requires proof of at least 40 teaching units of social‑law knowledge
- Vocational training in health and social care or further training in rehabilitation with at least 5 years’ professional experience in vocational (re)orientation counselling, including proof of methodological and social‑law competencies (160 units counselling competence and 40 units social law)
- Preferred: further training in Case Management or CDMP qualification
- Knowledge of the structures of social benefit agencies and of rehabilitation law
- Experience in vocational and medical rehabilitation as well as in solution‑focused casework
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word) and internet applications
- Mobility (local to place of residence) – preferably with own car
