• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for B2B clients • Manage email and calendar workflows for executives • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues • Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn • Support recruiting and candidate communication • Manage CRM data and pipeline tracking

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Quiet, professional work environment
  • Computer with webcam and microphone
  • Ability to work US business hours (or align with client time zones)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in any of: sales, customer service, virtual assistance, recruiting, or client-facing roles (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) (preferred)
  • Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) (preferred)
