ServiceNow Developer

HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM, through UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes. • Design, develop, and implement complex workflows and process automations using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. • Support and optimize ITSM, ITOM, Analytics, CMDB, and Discovery capabilities across the platform. • Provide architectural guidance and contribute to the long-term evolution and scalability of the ServiceNow platform. • Design, develop, and maintain Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications. • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow scripting solutions using Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and JDBC. • Design and develop custom Service Portal pages and widgets using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap. • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Perform unit testing, support UAT activities, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. • Manage update sets, platform upgrades, and patch deployments while minimizing business disruption. • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configurations, process flows, integrations, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client-side and server-side), Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Proven experience designing and developing Scripted REST APIs within scoped applications.
  • Strong ability to develop, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow scripts across both client-side and server-side components.
  • Hands-on experience with Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and GlideAjax.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and related platform capabilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Role Description Müller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Cloud Migration Lead to own and deliver the migration of a ServiceNow instance from a self-hosted (on-premise) environment to ServiceNow on GCP.
