Sales Enablement Trainer

• Deliver engaging virtual and live training sessions in English and French, including role-plays, call coaching, certifications, and workshops. • Own and lead new hire onboarding for EMEA SDRs. • Expand onboarding and ongoing development programs to support EMEA Account Executives within the first six months. • Partner with regional sales leaders to identify performance gaps and align training priorities. • Manage and evolve enablement content, playbooks, and resources. • Conduct assessments and provide actionable coaching to improve performance. • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to build scalable learning programs. • Support occasional global training initiatives across North America, LATAM, and APAC as business needs evolve.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of Sales Enablement training/coaching experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Spanish proficiency is a bonus.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10-25% travel expected).
