Allen Matkins
• Supports both Transactional and Litigation practices • Prepares and edits legal documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs • Formats documents, troubleshoots document issues, and transcribes dictation • Produces and edits complex legal documents while adhering to Firm styles and guidelines • Assists with Word document formatting, styling, and cleanup
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 3-5 years of law firm word processing experience required
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Microsoft Visio, and experience with NetDocuments
