Dutch Customer Expert – Part- or Full-Time
Cross Border Talents
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat from a remote setup • Assist logistics companies and drivers (vehicles over 3.5 tons) with toll system queries • Support registration and onboarding processes • Guide customers in ordering and activating onboard units (devices) • Handle payment inquiries and debt communication cases • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation • Support revenue collection and service-related processes • Maintain service quality and compliance standards • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Job Requirements
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with rotational shift work (including weekends until 30/06/2026)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
