• Develop and implement machine learning models (classification, regression and segmentation) using a variety of Python libraries; • Validate machine learning models using diverse metrics and concepts such as confusion matrix, backtesting, out-of-time testing, train/test splits, cohorts, ROC-AUC and KS; • Handle data from different sources, consolidating it into usable structures for analysis. Data may not always be in the same environment or in the ideal format for model application; • Produce activity status updates as well as clear data process documentation to support solutions at the strategic level; • Create storytelling and prepare presentations to communicate modeling and analysis results; • Contribute to process changes by improving them through data to deliver measurable financial impact to the company; • Collaborate with Data Infrastructure, Data Engineering and Systems, and Process Engineering teams to integrate analytical solutions into existing internal tools and processes as effectively as possible; • Monitor and propose improvements in the area, targeting process enhancements related to activities, projects and initiatives to incorporate industry best practices.

• Define and formalize processes and best practices for system development, integration, delivery, and operation. • Implement governance frameworks, decision-making models, and change and release controls. • Audit the execution of defined processes and validate compliance in projects and deliveries. • Design, establish, and review SLAs, KPIs, and governance metrics (e.g., availability, delivery lead time, failure rate, remediation cycle). • Create and maintain governance reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders. • Monitor the outcomes of adopted practices and drive corrective actions when indicators show deviations. • Manage and govern the systems portfolio, supporting initiative prioritization together with the business and architecture teams. • Review and approve architectural decisions and critical changes that impact quality, security, and scalability. • Lead and support internal and external audits related to processes, security, and compliance. • Document processes, policies, and standards; train teams on governance practices and tool usage. • Facilitate communication between business, development, operations, and security to align expectations and governance requirements.

• Active participation in all phases of software development projects: identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and defining scope; • Monitoring and reporting project progress, validating proposed solutions, training users, and providing support for questions about the developed product; • Maintain continuous contact with client areas to gain a deep understanding of their methods and processes, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement related to IT products to support continuous improvement; • Be able to question and engage coherently and constructively with client teams (Analysts, Coordinators, and Managers) to contribute to project scope definition, critically evaluating incoming requests to ensure the sustainability of previously implemented processes; • Translate business needs into technological/system development solutions; • Have comprehensive knowledge of the systems and solutions developed to answer technical and usage-related questions, ensuring that all solutions are documented and that the necessary training is provided for correct use by the involved teams.
