• Own the Enterprise Retail segment as a "Vertical CEO" • Lead a specialized unit (Pod) for aggressive new business acquisition • Coach Account Executives for quality opportunities and strong win rates • Identify and win anchor retail accounts for major retailers • Position WorkWhile as a strategic solution for retail labor volatility • Partner with Operations team to ensure high-quality workers • Build ties across Operations, HR, and IT • Proactively identify at-risk accounts through data analysis • Manage relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention • Transition accounts from seasonal support to year-round labor partners • Own Retail vertical’s revenue, NDR, and profitability
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or strategic partnerships
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep experience in retail operations, warehousing and logistics
- Understanding of store-level operational realities
- Awareness of margin sensitivity and labor impact on P&L
- Familiarity with omni-channel complexities
- Full-cycle mindset, caring about long-term health and revenue growth
- Comfortable navigating C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 environments
- A "Player-Coach" leadership style

The candidate must possess the right balance of relationship-building skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, and business development experience to significantly impact Dane Street’s existing book of business. The National Account Manager is responsible for both retaining and expanding existing client relationships while also proactively generating new business opportunities through outreach, referrals and consultative sales efforts.
