ServiceNow Integration Engineer
Accenture Federal Services
• Support end-to-end configuration, CMDB governance, and environment management across Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the ServiceNow ecosystem. • Maintain configuration plans, change processes, technical integrations, and documentation while collaborating with analysts, developers, system partners, and platform teams. • Manage Change Requests, and maintain CI data across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, the ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules. • Support Agile/DevOps workflows, release management, integration traceability, and provide subject matter expertise in technical reviews and customer-facing sessions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in Integration Management (traceability, change control, audits, documentation, ITSM).
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management.
- Experience with Nuvolo modules or comparable enterprise asset/workplace management platforms.
- US Citizenship
- 3+ years of continuous U.S. residency
