• Responsible for risk selection/rejection, pricing, retention, growth, and profitability within scope of authority and per divisional objectives • Receives and analyzes submissions, assesses risk quality and determines terms in accordance with company guidelines • Applies underwriting rules and guidelines, rating manual rules, and insurance laws and regulations • Makes recommendations on risks over authority • Enters, maintains and monitors accounts using underwriting, analysis, and desktop systems • Uses independent judgment and initiative to support business goals • Prepares effective internal and external communications on underwriting issues • Develops a book of commercial surety business with select brokers/agents and maintains effective business relationships with external customers in order to attract and retain profitable business • Visits producers and principals in order to retain existing accounts, survey exposures, build and maintain business relationships, and develop new opportunities in support of divisional objectives

• Review and log raw show footage and BTS content, tagging and marking key moments for easy retrieval • Build and maintain organized, searchable media archives that support marketing and post-production workflows • Reduce friction for editors by cutting selects or downloading assets as needed • Flag relevant footage for trailers, teasers, social clips, and marketing use • Maintain consistent logs and systems to ensure high volume of footage is easily navigable • Help spot and surface great moments that might otherwise be missed

• Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new partners; identify potential suppliers and ensure their transformation into long-term, trusted business partners within the system. • Identify manufacturing partners aligned with the company’s targeted technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance; conduct on-site evaluations and integration activities. • Expand the network with partners having diverse manufacturing technologies and capabilities through fieldwork, fairs, events, and business development initiatives. • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, project, operations, etc.) to identify required manufacturing competencies and ensure the acquisition of suitable partners. • Ensure partner sustainability and long-term engagement through development plans and regular follow-up. • Review and evaluate newly registered accounts; manage the onboarding and system integration processes of new partners. • Manage partner relations and resolve issues raised by partners in a timely and effective manner. • Monitor partner quality, delivery performance, and overall ratings to enhance customer satisfaction and continuously improve the partner network. • Track partner activity scores on a daily basis and take proactive steps to improve underperforming partners • Conduct field visits to strengthen relationships and increase partner engagement and system adaptation. • Analyze partner needs and contribute to partner-focused marketing and business development activities. • Coordinate with global Partner Network, Sales, and Operations teams (especially Europe and the US) to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.

• Following and controlling the production processes of the orders given to the production partners (additive manufacturing, machining, sheet metal laser cutting and press brake bending, volume molding, etc.) • Ensuring project coordination by communicating with customers and production partners during the project. • Support of the manufacturing process: control of dates and dispatch, organization of delivery and quality control of the products. • Technical support to production partners. • Solving problems and special cases with customers and manufacturers that occur during order processing. • Undertaking the management of the relevant project between the production partner and the customer during the production period. • Following the logistics process of work packages from production partners. • Supervision of the processing of production orders, documentation in internal CRM and ERP systems. • Contacting the production partner for rework and/or remanufacturing for work packages with quality problems. • Working in coordination with quality, logistics and purchasing department.
