Survey Crew Chief
Phasor Engineering Inc
• Perform daily field survey activities including obtaining survey measurements, staking for infrastructure construction • Communicate effectively and regularly with Field Leads, Project Managers, Professional Land Surveyors and Client Field Representatives • Interpret design drawings, field data, field sketches and base maps • Coordinate field crew’s daily activities and supervise, mentor and train survey assistants • Will be required to travel based on project location • Operate and maintain assigned survey equipment; ATVs/UTVs/Argos, Tools and Materials • Actively promote Phasor's Health, Safety and Environmental Program
Job Requirements
- Previous Survey experience in engineering, construction, or industrial surveys
- Must have valid Driver’s License and maintain a “clean” driver’s record
- Technical diploma in Geomatics or Civil Engineering is preferred

• Welcome new patients and confirm delivery of care packages and equipment • Facilitate initial telehealth visits and conduct care package walkthroughs • Guide patients through device setup and navigation of the Carda Health app • Provide clear instructions and ongoing support to ensure patient comfort with technology and program participation • Manage check-in and check-out processes for telehealth appointments • Coordinate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth appointment flow and follow-up • Serve as part of the frontline support team for patients, answering questions and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency • Keep patients engaged, motivated, and informed throughout their care journey • Accurately document all patient interactions in Salesforce and related systems • Track care package deliveries, referrals, and enrollment statuses to ensure no patient is left behind • Collaborate with clinical, growth, and operations teams to address patient needs and improve workflows
• Evaluate prescriptions and treat cardiac rehab patients according to our clinical protocols • Take pride in delivering high quality care for patients going through our cardiac rehab program and our clinical studies • Wear many hats: anything from designing patients’ exercise programming to responding to their technical issues • Work directly with founders to innovate and improve our cutting edge digital care delivery model • Provide support to our patients, empowering them to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation • Work collaboratively with our technology team to support a smooth experience for our patients and clients • Be willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a great, engaging rehab experience for our patients • Have an estimated workload of 30-40 hours per week ongoing
